Return or Exchange Policy

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may.

  • return items within 60 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund.
  • return all unused items, in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange
  • return damaged or used items, but we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or will add a restocking fee

Refunds are issued 4-7 business days after receipt of your return via the original payment method.

If you receive a defective item, we will do our best to replace it with the exact same item. If that item is no longer available, we will refund your purchase or, after your confirmation, ship a similar item of your liking.

Shipping Policy

OpticsForce offers Free Ground Shipping, on all orders, within the contiguous 48 States. All orders are shipped at either USPS or UPS rates, whichever is least expensive at the time of shipping.

We offer same day processing on all orders received by 2pm Monday through Thursday and Friday prior to 11am.

For your convenience, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
