Great customer service. I ordered a dot too large for my handgun and when I called to see if I could exchange it I was told “I just sent you a return label to your email and we will send you one that fits your gun for no extra charge”. The new sight arrived two days after I sent the original sight back. Great product, great customer service!

I have some vision problem (astigmatism) and I never used Red Dot sight before. I let the store owner (Mendel) know I have that issue and possibly will have to replace selected item a couple of times before it satisfies me. Finishing my research I stopped on HOLOSUN HE507K-GR X2 2 MOA. Next day it was delivered (free) to my home. I tested the item and found it not acceptable for me. My astigmatism made the 2 MOA dot too blurred. I contacted my eye doctor and he advised me to select a sight with larger dot (4 MOA or larger) and green could be better than red for some people. I searched a store inventory and found HOLOSUN HE407K-GR X2 6 MOA. I called Mendel and he sent me (free) this item right away and next day I got it and tested. It was much, much better for my eyes. I called Mandel and said I go with the second item. In 10 minutes I got prepaid label to return first sight and difference in price as second item was less expensive. I rarely leave a review, good or bad, however the HOLOSUN HE407K-GR X2 is awesome. Dot size and color is perfect for me. Installed on my P365 x-macro perfectly in 3min using the provided long screws. The sight was already factory-calibrated but I adjusted the windage setting just a little. I appreciate the store owner Mendel for such caring attitude. I hope my review will help shooters with vision problem to get better sights. It is definitely FIVE STARS!!!
