ARO (Advanced Rifle Optic) is an advancement on our popular 20mm 403 and 503 series optics. ARO features an all-new 22mm housing design that mates perfectly with our magnifier series and an all-new 1.63” lower 1/3 co-witness pedestal mount. ARO is available as a 2MOA dot only or with our Multi-Reticle System (MRS) in Red, Green, or Gold.

The Holosun ARO (Advanced Rifle Optic) is an enclosed red dot weapon sight for rifles, carbines, and PCCs. It comes with an all-new 1.63” lower 1/3 co-witness pedestal mount, so it is compatible with a wide range of AR-15s, Shotguns, and any other firearm with a picatinny rail optic mounting system. It also comes with a low 1.05” mount and mates perfectly with Holosun magnifiers as well.

Designed for quick target acquisition, the 0.86” sight window allows the user to quickly find targets. The versatile reticle options include a bright red, green, or gold 2 MOA dot. Also available is the Multi-Reticle System (MRS) with a 2MOA dot and 65 MOA outer circle in red, green, or gold. The circle can be deactivated leaving just the 2 MOA dot for an uncluttered sight picture and increased precision

The reticle has 10 brightness settings for daytime illumination and 2 night vision compatible settings that the user can adjust with the buttons on the side of the optic.

The durable Aluminum housing provides a robust mounting solution and protects the sensitive components from damage. The low profile, snag free design with a low glare MAO finish allows quick and efficient manipulation of the weapon.

The standard CR2032 battery provides 50,000 hours of runtime. The battery is easy to access on the side of the sight. To conserve battery life, this optic includes a shake awake feature that turns off the reticle when the optic is stationary for more than 10 minutes. A sensitive sensor will turn the optic back on when it detects any movement. 

Solar Failsafe Technology allows the optic to still function with a low or dead battery via the solar panel on top of the optic.

This optic can be zeroed with the adjustment knobs on the right side of the sight.  One click will change the point of aim ½ MOA. Both the elevation and windage adjustment have 50 MOA of adjustment range.
